Terms and Conditions

All cats must be fully vaccinated against feline infectious and influenza at least 5 weeks prior to their stay.
Please ensure you bring their vaccination certificate as we are unable to accept any guest without this.

Collars must be removed

We do not accept un-neutered males over 6 months of age

All cats should be treated for flea and worms prior to boarding – ideally 3 days in advance.

Should flea or worms be found evident appropriate advice / treatment will be administered and you will be charged accordingly. Should this happen, you will be notified in advance.

We reserve the right to refuse any cat showing signs of ill health.

We reserve the right to obtain veterinary advice and subsequent treatment if we have any concerns.

We will administer prescribed medication only.
All medication must be clearly marked with cat’s name instructions for use, dosage rates and times.

Should you cat become poorly during our care, we will attempt to contact your own vet. Should this not be possible for any reason, we will contact the practice we are registered with.

Any vet’s fee’s incurred due to a pre-existing condition or unrelated to their stay with us will be the responsibility of the owner. Veterinary advice will be the deciding factor.

Cats are left at owners risk and we cannot be held liable for illness, injury or death whilst in our care.

Payment of the deposit confirms your booking. By paying the deposit you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

30% of total booking fee will be charged to secure your booking which is non – refundable.

The balance of boarding fee is payable at check in.

Fees are charged per day and are inclusive of day of arrival and day of departure.

Cats sharing a pen MUST be from the same household.

In the unusual event your cat has not be collected within 7 days of agreed check out date and no communication has been received from the owner, a decision to rehome will be made at our discretion.

We require 14 day’s notice for any change or cancellation. After this timeframe full balance will be due. However, if the suite can be resold a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.

If you need to amend your booking, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate.

Late collections, if you need to extend your cats stay beyond agreed booking dates, please contact us as soon as possible, we will accommodate were possible. If you are late collecting without agreement, we will contact your emergency contact.
